# Summary of K2 Program GO5049 Title: Continuous Monitoring of Cataclysmic Variables in the K2 Fields PI: Garnavich, Peter M. (University of Notre Dame) CoIs: Szkody, Paula; Templeton, Matthew The original Kepler field contained 27 previously known and/or subsequently discovered cataclysmic variables (CVs) which are close binaries with mass transfer from a late main-sequence star to a white dwarf. Kepler monitored 15 of these systems with results currently published for 8. The detailed coverage enabled unique studies of quiescent orbital and sporadic variability as well as the changes in the disk and stream impact area during short and long dwarf nova outbursts. We propose to monitor a set of CVs in the K2 fields of Campaigns 4 and 5. These data will extend the range of CV types studied with Kepler's unprecedented continuous, fast-candence observations. # Targets requested by this program that have been observed (13) EPIC ID, RA (J2000) [deg], Dec (J2000) [deg], magnitude, Investigation IDs 211378898, 133.838262, 11.304186, 18.752, GO5077_SC|GO5049_LC|GO5057_LC|GO5077_LC 211481740, 131.112968, 12.875557, 14.112, GO5027_SC|GO5049_SC|GO5062_SC|GO5077_SC|GO5027_LC|GO5049_LC|GO5057_LC|GO5062_LC|GO5077_LC 211511906, 123.031814, 13.306796, 19.188, GO5077_SC|GO5049_LC|GO5057_LC|GO5077_LC 211617909, 135.306316, 14.784669, 16.185, GO5073_SC|GO5049_LC|GO5057_LC|GO5073_LC|GO5077_LC 211906940, 137.460622, 18.829815, 16.368, GO5027_SC|GO5049_SC|GO5077_SC|GO5027_LC|GO5049_LC|GO5077_LC 211931594, 123.236952, 19.199377, 16.2, GO5077_SC|GO5049_LC|GO5057_LC|GO5077_LC 211935743, 124.900394, 19.261051, 19.938, GO5057_LC|GO5049_LC 228682490, 123.1523132, 16.3293095, 17.6, GO5049_LC 228682491, 126.5154877, 11.6392202, 16.0, GO5049_LC 228682492, 127.0906372, 10.89569, 17.9, GO5049_LC 228682493, 130.2837524, 10.4268303, 15.6, GO5049_LC 228682494, 133.5391846, 20.22756, 17.5, GO5049_LC 228682495, 130.1089935, 22.0795803, 19.6, GO5077_LC|GO5049_LC
